How to Cook / Use

Prepare vegetable balls using mixed vegetables and cornflour, then fry them. Heat oil and sauté garlic, onion, and capsicum. Add water and 2 tablespoons of masala, mix well to form a sauce. Add fried vegetable balls and cook for 2–3 minutes. Serve hot as dry or gravy Manchurian.
