Ingredients

Puri: <strong>Wheat</strong> Flour, Tapioca Starch, Corn Starch, Corn Flour, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Edible Veg. Oil. Pani Puri Masala: Dry Ginger, Salt, Black Pepper, Rock Salt, Tamarind Extract, Malic Acid, Cumin, Black Salt, Bishop's Weed, Dry Mango, Mint Leaves and Asafoetida.

Storage Info

How to Cook / Use

<h4>Frying method</h4><ol><li>Heat the oil on medium flame at approx 170°C to 180°C in a deep-frying pan.</li><li>Drop the pellets in the pan and gently press them.</li><li>In order to completely puffed puris, fry them till they golden brown in colour.</li><li>Now the puris are ready.</li></ol><h4>Microwave oven method</h4><ul><li>Keep the Pani Puri pellets in microwave for 30-35 sec at a power of 900 watts, for fully puffed puris, keep marginal distance among the pellets in a flat base plate.</li></ul>
