How to Cook / Use

<h4>Preparation</h4>
<p>For best results bring it to room temperature before preparation.</p>
<h4>For soft idlis</h4>
<p>Add salt (if required), mix well. Pour into greased idli moulds, steam 10-12 min. Rest 2 min, serve.</p>
<h4>For crispy dosas</h4>
<p>Add salt, water, mix well. Spread on a hot, greased pan, cook until golden. Flip if needed, serve hot.</p>
