How to Cook / Use

Boil 150 g of Hakka noodles and keep aside. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add chopped vegetables (like cabbage, capsicum, carrot, onion) and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes. Add the boiled noodles to the pan. Sprinkle a little water and add 2 tablespoons of masala. Mix well and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes. Garnish with spring onions or herbs and serve hot.
