How to Cook / Use

How to use
Cook 3 tablespoons toor dal with 3 cups water, tamarind pulp, and chopped tomato until the ingredients combine well.
Add 1½ tablespoons MTR Rasam Powder, 1 teaspoon jaggery, and salt to taste, then allow the mixture to simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Now, you have to prepare a tempering with mustard seeds, curry leaves, and asafoetida in ghee, add to the rasam, garnish with chopped coriander leaves, and serve.
