You can cook Idlis from the MTR Idli Instant Mix by following the three steps below:
Step 1: Add 1 cup Mix to 1 measure water and ½ cup sour curd to form batter.
Step 2: Keep aside for 5 min.
Step 3: Steam batter in the idli cooker or vessel for 10 min on medium to high flame.
