How to Cook / Use

How to Cook/Use?
You can cook the MTR Dosa Instant Mix by following the three simple steps below:
Step 1
Add 1 cup Mix to 1 cup water and ½ cup sour curd to form batter.
*Alternatively, form batter with 1½ cups of water.
Step 2
Set aside for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Spread sufficient batter on a hot tava on medium flame. Add 1 tbsp of oil to the sides. Roast till golden brown on medium flame.
Note: Rub the tava gently with a damp cloth to cool the surface and repeat the above steps.
