How to Cook / Use

Method 1- Heat oil in a frying pan on medium flame and deep fry both sides for 2-3 seconds, and serve hot.
Method 2- Hold the papad with tongs on medium flame and roast both the sides over low flame until it puffs.
Method 3- Brush oil on both sides of the papad and microwave until it puffs up.
