How to Cook / Use

To deep fry, heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, carefully add the papad and fry it for about 2 to 3 seconds until it puffs up.
To roast, hold the papad with tongs and roast it over a low flame until it puffs up. Roast it by flipping it back and forth.
To microwave, put the papad on a plate that can go in the microwave. You can brush oil on both sides and microwave it for about 30 to 40 seconds, or until it puffs up.
