How to Cook / Use

Air Fry
Preheat the air fryer to 180C.
Place cutlets evenly in the basket.
Cook for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
Turn halfway and shake for even cooking.
Oven Bake
Preheat oven to 180C.
Arrange cutlets on a baking tray.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
Turn midway and rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
Deep Fry
Heat oil to medium temperature (around 165°C).
Fry cutlets until crisp and golden brown.
