How to Cook / Use
  • Pour about 600 ml of milk into a hot pan and add the kheer mix from the pack, stirring to blend without lumps. 
  • Bring the mixture to a gentle boil but keep stirring continuously so that it does not stick to the bottom. 
  • Now simmer for 10-15 minutes on low heat until the kheer thickens to your preference, with occasional stirring. 
  • You can serve it hot or chilled, and garnish with nuts, raisins, or saffron for extra taste and texture.
