Gits Vadai Medu Instant Mix is a convenient way of preparing soft inside and crisp outside medu vada with traditional South Indian flavours at home. How to Cook / Use

Mix the contents of the pack with 220 ml of water to make a soft dough.
Keep the dough aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
For extra spice, add chopped ginger, green chillies, and coriander leaves to the dough.
Divide the dough into 18 equal portions.
Shape each portion into a doughnut form. Add a little water if needed.
Heat about 500 ml of oil in a deep pan.
The oil is ready when a small pinch of dough rises quickly to the surface.
Deep fry the medu vadas on medium heat until they turn crispy and golden brown.
You can finally serve it hot with sambar, coconut chutney or tomato sauce.
