Gits Idli Rava Instant Mix enables you to prepare soft rava idlis with authentic South Indian flavours at home. The mix is made using rava and other premium-quality selected ingredients that provide you with consistent texture and pleasing taste every time. How to Cook / Use

Mix: Put to boil 1-litre water approximately in a large steaming vessel or pressure cooker. Mix the contents of the pack with 750 ml of water. Add 5 tbsp. finely chopped coriander leaves. Stir it into a smooth batter and set aside for 10 minutes.
Pour Batter: Lightly grease Idli moulds with oil. Stir batter gently and pour 30 ml (2 tbsp.) batter into each mould.
Steam: Place idli moulds inside the steaming vessel. Cover and steam on high heat for 15 mins. If a pressure cooker is used, do not apply the weight/whistle. Serve steaming hot, fluffy side up with sambhar and coconut chutney.
