You can cook the MTR Instant Vegetable Upma by following these steps:
Remove the contents from the cup and add boiling water until the watermark level (approximately 140 ml).
Empty the contents of the pouch into the cup, mix well and keep the lid closed for 3 minutes.
Mix again and enjoy the prepared upma.
