• Mix the contents of the pack with 230 ml water and mix until smooth.
• Pour equal amounts of batter into two oil-greased baking trays.
• Steam on high heat for 15 minutes. If you are using a pressure cooker, do not use the weight.
• Open the lid after 4–5 minutes, remove trays, and let it cool for 10 minutes.
• Sprinkle 30 ml water evenly over the dhokla in each tray.
• Cut into pieces of the preferred size.
• Heat 50 ml oil, add mustard seeds, then green chilli once they crackle.
• Add 60 ml water, bring it to a boil, and spread evenly over the dhokla.
• Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and grated coconut before serving.
