How to Cook / Use

Mix the pack contents with 200 ml of water.
Let the batter sit for 10 minutes to make it smoother and more even.
Heat oil on a medium flame and let it get hot.
Gently drop spoonfuls of batter into the oil.
Fry until they are golden brown and crisp.
Remove vadas, drain excess oil, and allow them to cool briefly.
Soak vadas in water for 8–10 minutes, then gently squeeze out excess water.
Beat chilled curd with spices until smooth.
Add vadas to curd, garnish with chutney and coriander, and serve chilled.
