How to Cook / Use

How to Use
Mix 3 teaspoons (20 g) of Ching’s Secret Paneer Chilli Miracle Masala in 300 ml of water until well combined.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and stir-fry 200 g paneer cubes with 1 cup (100 g) diced vegetables such as onion, capsicum, and carrot, along with 1 slit green chilli, for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the prepared masala mixture and stir well.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. For a thicker gravy, simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
