How to Cook / Use

<h4>Cooking instructions</h4><ol><li>Always keep the batter refrigerated when not in use.</li><li>For better taste, remove the batter from the refrigerator 20 minutes before cooking and bring it to room temperature.</li><li>Spread 60 g (4 tablespoons) of batter onto a non-stick flat pan or Indian dosa tawa.</li><li>After 2 minutes, or when the edges start lifting, flip the dosa to ensure it is fully cooked.</li><li>Once fully cooked, serve hot.</li><li>For an enhanced product experience, do not freeze the batter.</li><li>To achieve softer idlis, add a pinch of baking soda.</li></ol>
